明月几时有，把酒问青天。
不知天上宫阙，今夕是何年。
我欲乘风归去，又恐琼楼玉宇，高处不胜寒。
起舞弄清影，何似在人间。
转朱阁，低绮户，照无眠。
不应有恨，何事长向别时圆。
人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。
但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。

A colleague just sent out this ever-famous poem to the rest of us. Why? Because people's relationship and 缘分, are like all other things (good and bad), changes with the passage of time.

Stanley just tendered his resignation yesterday to the boss. He has found another job which (we all readily admit) better suit his talents and his interest.
This resignation comes after Lucia, Amy, and Sarah all left the team, one after the other. Sigh...

I guess it's inevitable that all good things must come to an end, one way or the other. But like they always say, 旧的不去,新的不来.
